Unfortunately due to the freezing cold temperatures we were unable to access the outdoor heated pool and hot tub which was a big sell on staying at this location. The rest of our experience was pretty good would like to come back in the fall time to get the full experience.

Expedia books the lowest quality rooms and states they have views. The staff at Indian Head upgraded us to a beautiful room with lake and mountain views, a fireplace and an easy walk for dining, pools, hot tubs and sauna. Call the resort before you book through Expedia to confirm.

The room was decent. Fireplace was nice. Pools were ok. The outdoor heated pool was colder than I expected. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. The gift shop was pretty good. I’m happy we checked this hotel out. I’m not sure we’ll stay again. Just not as polished as I like.

It was a charming mountain hotel, we enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs and the breakfast buffet. Staff was very nice and helpful and the room was spacious enough for 3 people with ski gear. Gorgeous view from massive wall of windows in the back of the building. We'll be back!

Property is now a patchwork of repairs and bandaids". Okay for price but we had to move 3 times to different room. 1st because door wouldn't close because of moldings falling off. Second because your 50inch" tv could not get sound and 3rd because door lock mechanism internals broke. Rooms were clean though.
