"This was by far the nicest place we stayed at in Europe. The hotel was updated, clean, and had a kind and welcoming staff. I really appreciated the uniqueness of the property and the excellent fresh breakfast. "The room was tiny. There was no place to put your luggage except on the bed with you. On the floor you could barely walk between the wall and the bed to the bathroom. The towels were old and smelled bad as soon as they were wet. There was no shower gel/shampoo in the shower. We had a room with the kitchenette which had an electric kettle which worked, and the stove worked. Plates, utencils for two."

"I have traveled to more than 30 countries and five continents. This hotel will always be in my memories. I wanted to surprise my fiancé for her birthday during our trip. Although, the hotel did not have a package available. They offered to help create something for me. It was absolutely beautiful!! My fiancé walked in the room and wasn’t long before the tears of joy started. This is what I call extraordinary customer service! They went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. I wish I known the name of the female receptionist who checked me into my room and helped with the final touches. I would like to say a special, Thank you! ❤️"

"The Hotel is very close to Train station and in the heart of the city centre. Just a few minutes walk to Makt Platz. The Breakfast was very good and there are shops round the block. The only things to mention is that i booked a Queen bedroom but had a twin bed combined. The hotel should perhaps make this clearer in the room description."
