Asked for tea and coffee only, no need to clean, got towels. Next day during clean they removed the wine glasses which were part of the room's bar equipment. "

"It is a very nice hotel facing the Danube river. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. We especially like the breakfast which is super fresh with different varieties to choose from. One of the best breakfast we would recommend."

"Close to main station and other public transport, it ticks all what we required from our stay in Vienna, this was our 4th stay here and suits our needs, an equipped galley kitchen, comfy bed and a good shower, everything is clean and tidy and some basic cleaning supplys are there to aid you, if you like a bit of independence from something other than a bland hotel room this might suit you."
