"Nice place and good location. They really try to sell you on their National Geographic status, which is cool but doesn't mean much when it comes to comfort. I wasn't super impressed with the property given it's price tag, but the stay overall was good. Only odd thing was check-in, we weren't asked for ID, Passport etc... we just showed up gave our names and were shown to our room..."

"Loved my stay at this hotel. Rooms are clean and well maintained. One thing I want to highlight is their hair dryer is one of the best I have seen in all my stays in Europe!!! The owner is also very welcoming along with his dog and staff."

"The apartment is under renovation. The whole building surrounded by scaffolding. Anyone can climb in very easy. The front desk in another hotel. It take 10 minutes walk. It is very inconvenient for having heavy luggage It is not worth €450 per night!"

Prima (aan tafel geserveerd) ontbijt, waar alle wensen worden vervuld. Ligweide met voldoende bedden, direct aan het meer en ook binnen was er een voorname en huiselijke sfeer. "A great place to stay with stunning views. There's a bus stop at the entrance so it's easy to get to Dachstein Krippenstein and Hallstatt. There's also a wharf close by with two transport options. The mini-market in the resort is well stocked with plenty of options for self-catering. The staff were very friendly and helpful and restaurant food was excellent."

"Restful, relaxing and idyllic setting. Towns nearby reflect “the real Austria”, not touristy. Our room was a bit too warm so we used the fan quite a lot. The pathway up to the restaurant and down to the town needs some work. Wifi was inconsistent. But…the view and feeling of the peace in this place will never be forgotten. "

"It was such a nice and pretty hotel in an incredible location, I ended up extending my stay five days longer that planned The receptionists, the housekeeping team , the restaurant staff were all so helpful . The pool and sauna were nice and most of al the access to the trains and buses to explore the whole area . Bad Ischl was the perfect base . Hotel is next door to Kaiser Villa , so convenient, and to the supermarket too . A good full breakfast and my room was spacious and so nice . I really look forward coming back with friends and family to enjoy such a nice set up in such a beautiful area "
