Everything was fine except my room had a thin shade that let the light in, so I had a hard time sleeping. I would’ve switched rooms, but I checked in around midnight and was exhausted.

First thing I noticed was a drop of dried blood on my bathroom counter. There were no hand or wash towels to clean it up, had to request them.
