"Night Shift Staff needs more customers service skills. I notified around 7:30 pm that I’ll be arriving around midnight and I called as soon as I landed at 12:10 am I still had to wait 50 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up at the airport. Front desk puts you on hold even though no people to take care in the lobby. "
