"Arrived on Thursday for check in. i was checked in within 10 minutes. Staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. Rooms was clean, neat, and spacious . I enjoyed all the amenities at the resort. There was a bowling alley, but you have to make reservations, because r limited lanes. Also I enjoyed the large arcade, fitness center, lazy river, outside bar and pools. Everything was great. I recommend staying at this resort."

They wouldn't even let us lift a dirty plate; they took care of all the cleanup themselves and were incredibly kind. Special shout-outs go to the Colombian gentleman in the kitchen, who was very attentive to me and my children, and to the lady from Nicaragua, who was very kind—she cleaned our room every day and even helped my son open the pool gate. The staff at the front desk were also a great help to my wife regarding the Spanish language. We’re coming back soon—greetings from Massachusetts!"

"The hotel was very convenient for a one night stay at the airport (with a quick turnaround). Otherwise, it is very difficult to get to a from if you plan to do things off-site during your visit. I have to say the staff was friendly and kept the place very very clean!"
