Every room has an ocean view of one of the few beaches that allows you to drive down onto the beach. The access road abuts the property. His answers are one worded, belittling and make guests feel like they should figure things out themselves and that our questions are dumb. I'd NOT assign him as a frontline team if you care about leaving good first impression of the property on guests. "
