"Right opposite the train station so very handy for anyone who has mobility problems. Much quieter than I was expecting and the bed was extremely comfortable. Bedroom had plenty of supplies - including Earl Grey teabags, a cafetière and ground coffee, biscuits etc, also towelling robes and slippers. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. No food service after 6pm but within a short walking distance of many restaurants and bars. "

"Future Inn hotel stay was beyond our expectation. Very comfortable beds, very clean amenities, polite and professional staff and a very tasty buffet breakfast which is the icing on top of the cake. Staff membet Zoltan at the front desk was exceptional who always go an extra mile. I wholeheartedly recomnend this hotel which situated right next to a big shopping centre and closer to Bristol temple meads station. For the price we paid for a family of 4, it was worth every penny. "The hotel staff was friendly, helpful and the room was comfortable. The hotel location is perfect with everything in walking distance. The breakfast was worth paying extra. However, a waiter in the breakfast room set our tableware out in front of us by grabbing the eating end of our utensils with their hands instead of placing them out by the handle. It wasn’t very sanitary. Waiters should know better. That being said, I would still recommend staying here. "
