"Beautiful historic hotel. A charming place to stay. Attached restaurant and starbucks were also quite convenient. Food at the restaurant is inexpensive and very good."

"Convenient location, clean facilities with friendly staff. Elevators were down on out check-out on Sunday which was unfortunate when on the 3rd floor with luggage. View was on adjacent business with junk cars was not ideal as well - Therefore, avoid rooms on the north side of hotel. Overall, the experience was positive due to the convenient location, clean facilities and friendly staff."

"The location is terrific. The hotel is older, but it has been fairly well maintained. We had a pizza as a snack when we arrived and it was wonderful. We would go back the next time we go to Charleston."
