"Breakfast was crap, poorly lit rooms, lots of wear and tear shoddily repaired "

"I was a little skeptical pulling into the parking lot. It looked unkept and outdated. Much to my surprise, it was hidden gem! The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had. The only downfall to me was the smell. I’m not sure what the smell was though. It wasnt dirty or musty just weird. I had my family with me as we were just passing through, but it would be a fun place for a a night after the distilleries. "

"No Phone in room. No room service. Asked 2 days in a row no maid service. pillow cases were dirty. Had to find clean towels at the front desk. SUITE didnt feel clean. HAD TO TAKE DIRTY TOWELS BEFORE I COULD GET VLESN TOWELS. I EXPECT BETTER THAN THIS FOR A SUITE AT 150.00 AN NIGHT.WE WERE THERE 3 NIGHTS. NOT A PLACE TO STAY."

"The bathroom was really dirty, the bed sucked, the floor sticky, and the room smelled like raw sewage. They only had 3 pillows for 2 people. I went to ask and they said they didn’t have any more. "

"The room was not clean because I found a dead roach on my bed. They were even late getting the room ready. Will never stay there again. "

"I made a reservation Expedia told me to be there to check in the next day . When I got there they were closed. I had a family emergency so I couldn’t spend the rest of my afternoon stalking the internet going from Expedia to birch suites to figure out why they were close although I did try reaching out to Expedia with no results . So trip cancelled went home . Next day birch suites said since I had made the reservation thru Expedia then they were the ones that had to change my reservation date because their hours had changed without updating them . Expedia told me I was s****outta luck pretty much so I never got a refund or another reservation.’. My money was stolen by the both of them and this is the best part…..I PAID THE 9 EXTRA DOLLARS THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO GRANTEE ME MY MONEY in case of a situation like my reservation being canceled. What a joke!!!"
