"Terrible terrible terrible. Dirty, filthy. Stains on bed sheets, comforters, rooms haven’t been cleaned in a long time. We walked in our room and walked right back out. Not sure how this place is still open. "

Despite some road construction directly in front of the hotel, access to the property was easy and access to I77 was very easy Special kudos to the front desk staff who were very pleasant, helpful and accommodating to requests"

"We did not eat the breakfast because it was only toast or waffles.. The sheets were terrible big bleach spots as well as other stains…even a replacement was the same… The shower was hot and strong which was good but it was obviously not remodeled by a professional..hodgepodge!"

"The rooms were “ok” and the amenities were acceptable. This was a quick stop for sleep on our drive to Florida and the cheapest hotel in the area with an indoor pool for our kids so I didn’t expect much. What I cannot let slide is how rudely I was treated and disrespected by Shelly the night attendant at the front desk. She was not at the desk when we came in, no sign out about being back soon, I called the hotel number and no answer. My kids were falling asleep in lobby while we were waiting to check in. I was loudly calling for help and peeked into the office to make sure there wasn’t a medical emergency. That’s when Shelley threw open a back door and started yelling at me in front of my family that I had no right to be behind the desk and she had only been gone 2 minutes (check security cameras, this is a lie). No apology, no admitting she should have put a sign up saying she’d be right back. She also snapped at my wife who was holding our sleeping 3 yr old in her arms. "
