"Receptionist was very friendly. Bartender terrible. I asked for a common drink and was told "we don't make fancy drinks here"?? Thought he was kidding. No. Had to order a one ingredient drink. Lots of steps and needed help with bags but nobody to help. But the bed was clean and comfortable. "

"Hotel is in a prime location in the middle of all the action lovely bar and food rooms are modern and have everything you need Staff are all great and very helpful Galway is the best city for food drink and a great atmosphere "

"The dining room didn't smell so great, very musty. The room was pretty cold, even trying to turn on the heat. The Breakfast was great, the hosts were friendly. A bit of confusion on checking in, she did not seem to have the reservation, but explained the next morning that she had recently changed her email, so went to the junk folder. No problem getting in the room however."
