"This property is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, away from busy roads. The restaurant is lovely and there are local food stalls a short walk away. The pool is clean and the gardens well kept. There is also a kids pool and play area so certainly family friendly. The staff are absolutely fantastic and we could not be happier with the service we received."

We were the only two European tourists staying there and it was eerily quiet after breakfast when the Chinese groups had left. Hotel was quite old and run down, not renovated for a while. "We had a wonderful stay at Saku Boutique home stay , the 3 acre property is in a quiet location out side the city but still close to see attractions , the trees and dams had plenty of fruit and fish to pick and catch , the owers Danny and Dang were wonderful host's and made us feel at home and a delicious breakfast in the morning with home made french bread , butter , jam and local coffee . "This is a very quiet place with friendly and helpful staff members. The location is very easy to find and less than $5 to grab a taxi from the airport and going to old city, downtown of Chiang Mai or night market. The room is very clean, changed the towels and made the bed every day. The breakfast is prepared nicely. The price is very reasonable. Definitely will come back if I travel to Chiang Mai again."
