Snow, Jenny & Bishnu at reception were absolutely excellent & particularly charming. Nat in the recreation department was beyond expectation. And Aun, Pong & King were all very helpful. "We loved everything about our stay and the property. We would never again book through Expedia because they are not an honest company. They say your payment will not go through until 30 days before your stay but then charge it immediately and send you a confirmation and and say any cancellations are not refundable. They also blame it on Outrigger Hotel that they do not refund for cancellations. This is not true - they just keep the extra money and do not send it to the hotel. This is bad practice and I hope karma gets them."
