The resort is amazing, the staff was very friendly and helpful, pools were great, the room was super clean and nice. Only downsize is that the hotel restaurants are overpriced and not a lot of restaurants nearby. But beside that ot was absolutely wonderful

Gorgeous new modern hotel with access to a beautiful beach. Spectacular breakfast buffet with a variety of choices to please a wide range of tastes. Service was unmatched. Tanya and It in particular went out of their way to make our stay memorable.

This is a new property and you can feel it (in a good way) Staff especially the site managers are lovely and very professional The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pools are all very well thought out. Our baby enjoyed the kids pool and the beachfront pool is beautiful with a very nice vibe - music is just the right volume. The beach here is nicer than other resorts weve stayed at in khao lak. I recommend this hotel for sure.

Nice hotel that opened recently. They do have some tweaks to do before they are top notch. A bit more trash cans and smaller fixes. The food was not up to par with the price, but nothing that can’t be fixed. Really nice surroundings and on a beautiful beach.

Everything was really excellent at the property. We tried 3 restaurants (Lido, Panasia grill, and the main breakfast restaurant ) during our stay, and all restaurants had amazing food. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We could really feel their sincerity in wanting us to have a nice stay. We took part in 2 kids activities during our time there: pizza making and making mango sticky rice, and because it was a low season, all the staff around the restaurant gathered round to encourage our kids during their activities. Our rooms were also amazingly - Furniture, carpets and other fittings were well maintained and in great condition, and room smelt amazing! Beds and pillows were comfortable and clean - we were also upgraded to a nicer room due to a problem with our original room, and weren't charged for early check in - this is probably due to the off season low occupancy, but i appreciate that it's something they didn't have to do. We spent a lot of time at the kids clubhouse due to rain, but while it's small, the staff were extremely nice and made every effort to keep the kids entertained, painting and playing games with them, even when the parents were present. All of were extremely nice and I could feel genuine care and love for the kids. All of us were pretty sad when it was time to check out. 10/10 would go back and stay again in the future

The only thing that might not have been convinient is that it is far away from any commercial area, you rely a lot on the Hotel Van that takes you there '40 minutes away,, however if you are after far away from anything and not noise, perfect place to be.

Super resort!

Bookede et værelse med swim up pool i sidste øjeblik, så vi måtte nøjes med to enkelt senge i stedet for en dobbelt. Det var heldigvis store enkelt senge. Super lækre, god dyne og puder. Hotellet var under 1 år gammelt og i super fin stand! Den eneste udfordring var det vand der kom ud af loftet ved siden af rainshoweren og den manglende mulighed for at få vandet væk på badeværelsesgulvet ved badekarret. Ellers virker alt gennemtænkt. Der er steder at hænge vådt badetøj, håndklæder mv. Selve hotellet er virkelig stort! De øvrige pools så også virkelig gode ud, men vi prøvede dem ikke. Morgenmad er lækker. Udvalget er stort. Den restaurant kunne dog godt have lidt udfordringer med at følge med om aftenen og maden blev konsekvent aldrig serveret samme tid. Maden var ok. Dog ikke deres ribs, dem ville jeg ikke bestille igen. Fitness området var super lækkert. Hotellet er venligt til at hjælpe med at køre bagage ned til værelserne og hurtig til at skaffe taxi videre. Sødt og imødekommende personale! Vi havde baby og klapvogn med og det var nemt at komme rundt. Vi var ikke udenfor resortet, så vi ved ikke hvordan området er, men det lå et stykke fra byen. Entspannte 9 Tage im neuen Marriot verbracht. Personal sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Pool-Access-Room sehr zu empfehlen. Großartiges Frühstücksbuffet. Wir kommen wieder 😊
