"The staff came in the middle of the night with security escort about complains that the music was loud. Her words: “We had two complaints about loud music. Third strike and you are out!”…I wasn’t aware that the tiny speaker was loud and nobody called me or said anything and you show up to my room threatening me that you are going to kick me out? Without prior warning? What is this place? I stayed at the Madrid Edition and they were nothing like it. Will certainly never come back to the Tampa Edition!"

"New hotel stay. Found out it was only open for about 8 months when we stayed. Very nice and clean and the staff was nice and helpful. But no continental breakfast or free coffee, you have to pay for it"

"We really enjoyed our stay. We only did one night right before our cruise. The best part was sleeping after our flight. The beds were really comfortable"

"Room and facility clean and generally nice. Definitely need detailing, paint in hallways, around shower etc very halfhazard. Overall still very nice and reasonably priced"

"Parking was terrible. Couldn't locate the self parking lot that is apparently within a couple of BLOCKS of the hotel so we had no choice but use the overpriced valet parking. Very nice valet guys, though. Had no idea the hotel is undergoing major renovations so we were walking through construction to get to/from our room. The term "lipstick on a pig" describes our room. Also, the street noise was horrible. Don't do "city view" if you can avoid it. Staff overall were very friendly. Beds were ok. Towels were decent. Should have just stayed outside of the city for a lower rate."

"Overall, the property was great. Perfect location for the event I was attending but this location doesn't have enough parking space to accommodate all guest. "
