"The two female staff members that helped me were Rose and Rin. They were both so friendly and helpful. They made my stay an amazing experience with their kind Thai smiles and warm-hearted service. I look forward to seeing them again during my next trip to Chiangmai. "

"Excellent hotel in the heart of the old city right in the middle of all the action.
Western style hotel and didn't feel corporate. felt like a courtyard marriott with a very local touch.
Location is unbeatable for the price. "

"I liked everything about this place but the bed. It's a thin mattress on top of wood bed frame with no box spring and low to the ground. Never had an issue with a bed before but am getting older. The place was clean, safe and had a nice staff running it. I'd stay again if I were in a jam. Also they let me check in early."

"The place cute. The A/C was great, the showers had great water pressure. The reason I gave it a lower rating is because they only provided 1 roll of toilet paper a day which was a very small roll. The bed was rock hard! If you don’t mind sleeping in a hard bed then I would say this is ok, but it was so hard I woke up with my hips and back hurting. Other than that the place is walkable to many coffee shops and restaurants. "

"O quarto era confortável, mas as vezes que precisamos, não havia ninguém na recepção e mesmo chegando ao hotel no horário de check in, tivemos que esperar mais de uma hora para podermos entrar no quarto,
pois estava sendo limpo."

"Overall, a great place to stay. Room could be cleaner. Dust on mirrors, lamps and cabinets plus mold in the shower. Staff were cordial but not friendly. Great location to many food places and 7 Eleven. "

"Everything was beyond my expectations: excellent and eager-to-please staff, tasty and homemade breakfast items, and great location yet off a small quiet street. Will stay here again on my next visit."
"The room was spacious with a balcony where we could enjoy morning coffee. A king bed and a twin bed was a rare find for a family of free with a young child thank you very much. Walking distance to old town and a lot of café and restaurants. Service was very prompt on anything we needed. "
"There was a really great staff member guy who helped all the time. The room is clean, the bed is clean, the restroom is clean. Grabs and taxis and Tuktuks will go there. "
