"The place cute. The A/C was great, the showers had great water pressure. The reason I gave it a lower rating is because they only provided 1 roll of toilet paper a day which was a very small roll. The bed was rock hard! If you don’t mind sleeping in a hard bed then I would say this is ok, but it was so hard I woke up with my hips and back hurting. "I had a great stay at HeyHa house. The couple who runs the guest house are Chiang Mai natives. They are super fun to talk to and give great advice. They are laid back and offer nice coffee, tea, and snacks downstairs. The room itself was big and luxurious, with a huge bed. It was clean and they added fresh towels and made up the bed everyday. "If you want somewhere basic and well located in Chiangmai old town, this is the place for you. Staff were so friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a lovely area walking distance from lovely shops and places to eat and book other excursions. My only complaint would be that the room was quite basic, there was a lot of noise from other AC generators (despite the one in our room being turned off whilst we tried to sleep) and the shower was not hot. "I liked everything about this place but the bed. It's a thin mattress on top of wood bed frame with no box spring and low to the ground. Never had an issue with a bed before but am getting older. The place was clean, safe and had a nice staff running it. I'd stay again if I were in a jam. Also they let me check in early."
