"There was not enough parking for handicap in fact there was not enough parking for anyone the staff were not super accommodating or polite The room was clean the bed was comfortable but the carpet was gross with stains and in the morning when leaving there were several homeless people wandering the parking looking in vehicles and trying the doors to see if they could get in and going through the cigarette ashes looking for butts "

"Very disappointed on the shuttle bus service which is AWFUL!! Airport pickup: the bus driver was so rude and threw the luggages onto the bus. Airport drop-off: the bus driver disappeared at the last minute. We had already left a reservation for the shuttle service during lunch for mid-night drop-off to make sure we could arrive at the airport on time. However we still need to call Uber instead. When I were back home, I called and the customer service answered me that there were no guarantee for the shuttle bus!! Think twice If the shuttle service is your reason to choose Wingate by Wyndham Downtown Ship Creek!! "

" The location of the hotel isn’t in a comfortable part of town. The economy room was very small, claustrophobic, uncomfortable for me. When the room was booked I wasn’t made aware of what the rooms condition would be. It did have a small fridge, microwave, tv with satellite, shower that was ok, double bed with hard pillows. Couldn’t open the curtains as others could see in. It was an old motel set up. Wouldn’t recommend it."
