We had a 11 hour layover so we needed a room last minute and this location was very accommodating! We were able to early check into a room with no issues and was provided complimentary shuttle to and from the Anchorage airport. Staff was very nice! Only complaint was the AC in the room wasn't working well. Great korean food next to the hotel as well!

Older Hotel…The phone in the room was dead. We had to go to the front desk for more towels etc. The safety latch on our room door was broken. Not in a great location other than close to the airport. They do have an airport shuttle which is why we chose that location. The man that drove us to the airport was great!

The room wasnt clean, the floors were sticky and the internet wifi wouldnt connect at all in the room. As soon we step out it works. The tv is not fun as we cant connect to betflix or amazon. But the location is really good.

The Showerhead was stuck, so you would have to adjust the water temperature and then step in wasting water. The toilet exhaust fan didn't work. But the hotel and rooms were clean and staff was helpful. Close to many good restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was great.

Staff was good. Our room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast, sparse. Our stay was 2 nights and on the second day, a large flat sheet of metal over the balcony loosened with the wind and made a lot of noise. The desk was notified but nothing had been done by 10am the next morning and the piece appeared to be at risk of falling on to the parking lot 2 floors below.

I booked this hotel because of the name Wyndham and its reputation. The front desk was very helpful as were the people who took us to the airport. I just found the hotel in general pretty rundown with my room kind of dirty. There were crumbs on the floor and the furniture was pretty dusty and dirty. I was a single woman and would not recommend walking around the area as it seemed a little sketchy to me. The Lobby area even though it has a great bear on display lacks any Alaskan ambiance. Again people really nice, hotel just seems rundown.

I flew in on a red eye and the front desk employee was nice enough to waive the early check in charge which I appreciated because I was extremely tired and needed sleep. The room was clean and quiet. The shower soap dispenser was broke but I was able to get what was needed to take a shower so wasn’t a big deal. There were only two large bath towels. Could have used a few more but again I made it work. The toilet ran all night long but I just closed the bathroom door so I didn’t hear it after that. Very large tv in the room but the resolution on it wasn’t very good. I didn’t eat the continental breakfast however because I had family that took me to Gwinnies down the street. Highly recommend that place. It was delicious. But as for the hotel and staff, it’s was good and staff was nice. Thank you.

Hotel was very old. When we approached a guy who worked there since the internet wasn’t working and he said” just wait it will come back on” was useless. Our FREE shuttle never came. Sketchy staff working cleaning the rooms. The dining room lady worker was amazing. Wouldn’t recommend.

Room was clean and comfortable but lobby had no furniture, no place to sit and needed cleaning. Mix up on reservation caused by Expedia error so we ended up with one room instead of two. Check out staff was distracted and indifferent. She was in and out from desk and I ended up without getting a copy of final bill. Then I ended up with an email 12 hours after check-out asking us to text when we were checking out. A very frustrating hotel stay.
