10/10 Excellent
"Excellent resort and I would definitely stay there again DC. "
"We went there for a Nationals Baseball Game took the opportunity to walk around the area (museums and national mall). Everything is really close this hotel but for the game (as it finishes late) we took a 5 minutes uber ride (15 dls) so it is a great option for game visitors. The hotel was clean, comfortable and family friendly. Breakfast was awesome and had so many options."
"This hotel is in a perfect location if you are going to the National Mall. There are plenty of food options in the hotel as well as a McDonalds and Starbucks on the same block. Staff was wonderful and attentive. Roof top pool was a nice place to relax and the pool bar is the MVP! Rooms are spacious and lots of counter space. Bed was comfortable and the water pressure was great and plenty of hot water. I had a great stay and can’t wait to go back! Thank you, Holiday Inn Staff! "

My family of six unanimously ranks our stay at The Willard as one of the finest hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Having traveled extensively and stayed at numerous hotels, we can confidently say The Willard stands above the rest.
Our visit was made truly unforgettable by your Guest Relations Quality Manager, Ali Tuzyurek. Ali went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, securing us adjoining rooms and surprising us with complimentary cakes and treats upon our return from a day of sightseeing. The personalized touch of having our children’s names beautifully written on the dessert plates was a delightful gesture that made our trip extraordinarily special.
The hotel itself was impeccable—clean, serene, and perfectly situated in the heart of the city. We couldn’t recommend The Willard more highly and look forward to returning. But Ali truly made the entire experience top notch!
