"Property was fine. Breakfast was terrible. But the real issue is that it's absolutely infuriating and should be unacceptable to make a reservation for a room with two double beds, drive 12 hours, get there and be greeted with, "Hi, we've moved you and your your wife and two teenagers to a room with a king bed and a pull out. (Smile, with no explanation)" And then when I questioned why my reservation isn't really a reservation, I got the whole "we oversell our properties whatever percent because blah, blah blah" lesson. None of which should be my problem. Then they asked me, "Do you still want to honor the reservation?" Like, what? Do I want to honor the reservation that you aren't honoring? He said it with a straight face. I couldn't believe he said it with a straight face... Apparently he gets lots of practice telling people this. For what people pay to stay at your places, and for whatever hundreds of percent more your executives are being paid than your lowest wage workers, figure something else out other than, "Uh.... I dunno, oversell everything 20% and just ignore the definition of reservation and how hotels have operated since their inception. We only made 7 bazillion dollars last year." Tell me why I would ever make a "reservation with your company again? I know, I know, 'they all do it.' Be the ones who dont. Eff. "

"The menu wmhad a good variety of selections. The food was good and the price was great. The staff was very polite and the dining area was beautiful. Our room was very nice. We enjoyed our stay."

"Very happy with the hotel. Staff was so kind and accommodating. It’s also a great location for walking to and from the touristy spots. Their daily breakfast came in very handy and an easy spot for uber/lyft pick up. Would come back again for how kind all of the staff were."

"First room, had to many issues, bathroom floor, needs a lot attention, the bedroom had a smell like someone been smoking in it."

"There is no on-site parking which was inconvenient for us at 11pm for checking in, but the accommodations were great. They upgraded us, so I can’t speak on the normal suites, but the penthouse was great! The WiFi was not good, but that’s not why we were there. "

"Upon arrival, I did see an extremely long hair on the bed, which was offputting. I was offered $50 to spend on room service or at the restaurant downstairs. I did use it on room service but they charged my card instead of using the $50 voucher. I cannot get a hold of the hotel to get that resolved, which is extremely unfortunate. It is an extremely loud hotel and you could hear rats in the walls at night."
