He not only surprised us with a bottle of complimentary Moscato in our room, but he also went out of his way to find an adjoining room for my twin nephews who flew in from Boston to join us for my birthday dinner. That extra effort meant the world to us, making it easy to be close and celebrate as a family. The location is ideal — right by the Metro, making it so convenient to explore Washington DC and Georgetown with ease. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and we felt the overall value and service were exceptional. This was far more than just a hotel stay. It was a beautiful experience filled with kindness, generosity, and thoughtful service. Thank you to the Hyatt Centric Arlington team for making my golden birthday one I will always cherish. "

"The Washington Plaza has become my favorite hotel if I need a great price/value offering. Centrally located on Thomas Circle, it is a short walk from the Metro (with direct connection to DCA and IAD), in walking distance to downtown, museums, and restaurants. I also like their Fitness Center. And the staff is super-friendly."
