Holiday Inn Express Lincoln City Centre by IHG

10/10 Excellent
"We were there for 1 night, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean, didn't really like the glass panel in the bathroom, need motion lights on floor near bathroom instead. Was not impressed with having to pay for parking. This is added cost that should not happen. £11 per night if you get a code from reception if not £22. Location was right for us 10 minute walk to amenities."

"The Duke William hotel is in a great location to visit both the Castle and Cathedral. It was good to have parking at the hotel including ev charging. The staff are helpful and friendly. We loved the food especially the breakfast which wasn’t the usual buffet but served at the table ensuring every time was hot. Our room was lovely with the decor really suiting the overall hotel atmosphere."

8/10 Good
"The spa facilities were closed, we were in in February and it was closed then too. The room was good and enjoyed the air conditioning in the room. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. The room was clean and the service staff made our bed up, they changed the cups in the room but not the glasses which was a pity. Overall it was a good place to stay."
