"The location is very convenient as the hotel is attached to the convention center on one side and the Providence Mall on the other side. Both are accessible through enclosed walkways. It is also within walking distance of most attractions, the train station, and fine restaurants. I also appreciated the in-room amenities, like complimentary bottled waters and robes. My only complaint is that the pillows were very hard and heavy, but I did find one extra pillow in the closet that was acceptable. Overall, my husband and I were pleased and would stay here again."

"Rooms are clean and made up daily. Beds are comfortable. Staff are pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast had many choices and coffee available all day and night. Place is reasonably quiet. Really no complaints over 5 days."
