Draw in bedside cupboard had hair and bits of debris in .pluf in extension was on top of table next to hot water maker (safety issue) lady (never knew her name ) was lovely. Breakfast was ok . "Staying at St Benedict's is an exceptional experience. Astonishing period decoration takes you to a different era. Well located, excellent breakfast, the bathroom was period too (no shower in ours) - but worth the compromise. So much to look at and enjoy, magical, and a fascinating garden. A worthwhile mini-adventure."
