The room is clean and quite spacious. The location is quite convenient in Chatswood. They took a security deposit that wasn't refunded when we left, even though the receptionist said it was already processed. I needed to ring them again to remind them. They said it would be processed manually only because I rang. "

"I only stayed for 2 nights but the room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. I used the room service amenities and the excellent food was delivered promptly by charming staff. I was traveling alone and I felt very safe. When I left, I had a very pleasant experience with the bell man who loaded up my copious luggage with a smile and unloaded it into our car. He was so friendly and said he loved his job. What a pleasant experience!"
