"The room was very clean. The breakfast buffet was typical for hotel buffets. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The indoor pool was a bit cool We enjoyed the hot tub. The bed could have been more comfortable. Overall I feel the room needs to be updated. The paint was dark and gloomy. The furniture was outdated and the carpeting was dark and outdated."

"InnSeason Pollard Brook is our favorite place to stay in NH. The condos are clean and well stocked with bedding, towels and kitchen stuff. The location is amazing - super close to so many fun things like hiking trails, the Pemi River, Clark’s Bears, Whale’s Tail water park, Loon, etc and not too far from Story Land (about 45 min). My kids absolutely love the indoor and outdoor pools/hot tubs."

"Awesome location--just beside the Pemigewasset River. There is a path between cabins with direct access to a gorgeous stretch of the river perfect for reading, swimming, and enjoying nature. I stayed in the motel portion of the property, and the room was pretty small but still comfortable. The enclosed private porch was great. Would come again!"
