"The single negative Is that we ordered pizza we wanted to eat in bed but they then didn’t have any., Other than that, staff were polite and friendly, especially the ladies on reception in both the hotel and the pool on Wednesday evening. The steam room, pool and jacuzzi were all a good temperature (I hate a cold pool and jacuzzi, there’s just no point as it’s not enjoyable). This was a night away with my 10 year old to relax and spend some quality time whilst picking up my sister from The airport. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, had fun playing tennis and exploring the grounds. The room was a little warm. But we would definitely return and would recommend to others. Thank you."

"Breakfast was really good, great selection and tasted fresh, eggs cooked to order. Nice environment. There was two small issues, I have mobility issues and it takes me longer to get to the door, at 9am Saturday morning the housekeeper knocked then walked into the room. And the other small issue was the lift, we were in the first floor and the lift was faulty and only worked if you were calling it from the ground floor. Luckily my husband is agile and could go downstairs and call the lift up for me. Food at the bar was also very nice and the staff are friendly and welcoming "

"It’s all about the location with this property! Couldn’t be more plumb centre to everything. Inside, the property had all the necessary things to make it a home from home. Lovely and clean and quirky, we really enjoyed our stay. Only minor irk was the parking, would have been absolutely perfect if there was a space, but not a major problem."

"Only able to check in via a kiosk. Which would have been fine however, it did not recognize my name, zip code or the booking number. It took over an hour for a member of staff to finally arrive. He was extremely rude. The room was basic and clean but no wash cloths. And the breakfast was ok- the bacon and sausage were dried out. Will try not to book here again. "
