"The room was tiny as was the bed. It was either too hot or too cold. It said wheelchair friendly but you couldnt get in the properry without someone with you to notify the reception to start the lift and getting to the lift was a nightmare. The staff were fantastic though "

At times, there was no cutlery or cups available. When booking with Hilton, I expected a certain standard and level of quality, but those expectations have been dispelled. I was really disappointed."
