"I love this minshu as it has an elevator and I move my luggages up to 3 floors easily. The host is a lovely lady and the breakfast she prepared is nice. The only setback is they do not receive guests after 6 pm so we have to look for the keys to our rooms ourselves. Our quad room is spacious. However there is only one toilet and shower area (in the same room) so we have to share."

"This was a very nice property but I had thought it was going to be 5-stars (western standards). The staff was mixed. Nice front desk but less nice recreation area and hot spring front desk. "We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel and the staff was really lovely, patient and helpful. I misread the French menu and didn’t see that they didn’t have a main course option which I could choose as a pescatarian, and they made a last minute substitution perfectly. I would highly recommend anyone seeking a restful getaway to opt for Volando. Our only suggestion is if there could be a gym added (but the surroundings are perfect for hiking)! "

"We were given a 4 bedder instead of 2. And there is an attached hot spring bath. Whoa… it’s very relaxing to soak in the hot spring after a long day of traveling. The staff were super friendly n caring.. they help us to bring our luggage’s out during the earthquake on 3/4/2024.. very safe indeed as their emergency power cut in very fast. In the midst of chaotic, they didn’t forget to offer us another 2 bottles of mineral water during the check out. "
