"Staff were quite good and helpful .
Rooms were a good size . Tv was up to date .convenient to have to free access to city travel by trains and bus that the hotel offers and station adjacent to the hotel .
A couple things I would like to have had would be a Safe in the room for our valuables another would be a coffee machine rather than buying one from lobby or adjacent property. If your like me I have my coffee before I go anywhere in the morning .

"Overall a great stay but I think the A/C should be controlled in the room to go below 20 degrees Celsius. Also the front desk staff were great but they need to communicate what tram stop to get off at rather than just the direction of the tram. Would stay here again! Food was great too!"
"The room was quite small for 4 people, and we had to sleep with phones being recharged with cords across pillows due to lack of outlets. I didn't know there were common rooms until the next morning, due to the virtual check-in experience, but the woman monitoring the breakfast area was helpful and pleasant, and came up with me when my door remained locked. I missed having a proper reception desk though. Décor in rooms by...IKEA?"
