Staff was top tier. Queeny was the nicest concierge person I’ve ever meet.she even placed balloons in my room for my birthday which was very sweet. She was Always willing to assist. The bartenders were great as well Latoya,Deion,and Ignu(not sure how to spell his name or if I’m pronouncing it correctly, my apologies, but he was at the Flora bar). "Good food. Everything was clean. Great vibe! Very well organized. Love the all inclusivity! Two things: there was only one elevator working for the whole Mangrove building. Was not cool! Second: they did not inform us properly the correct instructions to make reservations for the restaurants, so for the 2 nights we were there we could not have a reservation at a restaurant. Please give your instructions clear! Because the app is not working! You need to be at 10am at the reception bali to make a reservation for the next day. They did not inform us on this."
