"The staff can not be faulted they were great. The downside for me this trip was the TV did not work and they did not have a maintenance man available to fix it. The room was clean but one thing i did notice they do not have USB charging points anywhere in the room. In case the ones on your laptop are not available "

"I went with my adult daughter and we had a fabulous room. This was perfect as we had two rooms and two beds (one was a sofa bed). Really enjoyed the spa. Staff were friendly and professional. What a great weekend. Location is handy for Stratford and we got Ubers to and from Stratford so we weren't bothered about parking."

"The room and bed linen were spotlessly clean. There was a cosy lounge in which to enjoy a drink, and a choice of Bistro or Pub for food, both of which offered good deals, and the staff at reception were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is in a good location by the River Avon, with ample parking at discounted rates for guests. The town centre with its many attractions is only a 10 minute walk across the footbridge. We would stay there again."

"The apartment felt clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and there was a very good atmosphere being family friendly. The children splash time was great, with spa faculties available and sun loungers, you really felt like you were at a resort. The location is exquisitez One of the best family get away we have ever had. We will be back."

"Excellent hotel in the centre of Stratford Easy parking (plenty of capacity), great check-in staff, amazing building! Room was beautiful, comfy bed, amazing decor, great facilities, fresh milk in the fridge, heated bathroom floor, hot powerful shower. Impressed. Reception phoned the room to make sure everything was ok. Only improvements - corridor access door to stairs on self-closer was noisy and woke me up through the night as room was close to it, easy fix with some felt pads. Bar area, no tables, needs better arrangement so more can fit in which would be possible. Otherwise, overall excellent"
