"Lovely property right on the front at Margate. Beautifully designed and maintained room. I really enjoyed the breakfast, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. My own fault for not checking but can’t rate the dinner as the restaurant was closed on Tuesday night."

Room was nice and clean, everything was there and nice touch with the biscuits and coffee pods, really liked it. Breakfast was fantastic, service was great too. Will definitely be returning."

"Staff are overworked. They have to check you in while serving at the bar. We were charged by Expedia and charged a second time when we checked in for the stay. Expedia refused to assist in the resolution, saying we had to work it out with the hotel. "
