"Shuttle is not directly in front of property - it is about 2-3 minute walk from front doors, which is misleading. Also, shuttle drops off in parking lot across from terminal and then you must walk another 5-7 minutes, which is somewhat confusing when you are not familiar with the airport. Would have been better off taking a RE or ICE direct to the airport and staying somewhere else, maybe? But, the robot serving dinner was cute and the room was clean. Also, the natural environment was beautiful. It just was disappointing because the whole reason I booked the room was for the airport shuttle."
