Subject: Complaint Regarding Inappropriate Behavior and Threat of Unjustified Deposit Retention
Madam, Sir,
I hereby wish to submit a formal complaint concerning the stay that I had with my friends at your hostel/chalet, rented from 12/12/2025 to 14/12/2025, under the voucher reference 12US D9 3U.
During our stay, we were confronted with unacceptable behavior on the part of the property owner. Indeed, he repeatedly made inappropriate and insulting remarks, creating an atmosphere of tension and discomfort that is completely incompatible with tourist accommodation.
Furthermore, we consider these actions to be abusive and contrary to the basic rules of respect and transparency, as well as to the legal obligations of a lessor.
Consequently, we request:
Written apologies for the insults and the aggression committed by the owner.
