"It was mostly what I expected. Staff was excellent! Guests were GROSS! Nobody knows how to clean up after themselves! The ladies room and ADA bathrooms were so nasty that I had to wait till the cleaning crew were done to get a shower, otherwise I'd find: dirty towels (laying on floors, hanging in showers, over flowing hampers), muddy footprints, sand, hair clumps (in shower and sink drains and all over floors). The refrigerator and kitchenette was an excellent perk. Unfortunately, there again people are gross!! Refrigerator was so overstuffed at times that the doors would not stay closed properly. Although, I have to admit it did seem to rotate with the guests. The microwave had stalactites and smelled awful when used. Some guests had problems with their 1 available washer/dryer combo. Definitely not a perk! I dropped my laundry to be done elsewhere. Sauna was nice but not run well (definitely need to bring staff up to speed on proper set up). Air seemed good, kept cool enough but the addition of fans to move the air, especially within pods would be appreciated. Absolutely 💯 loved the location and view! In essence, it's an upgraded Y or hostel. The 1st class pod was roomy and comfortable for 1. People were mostly polite/quiet in this area and I slept well with my headband style headphones playing TV. I do still wonder about the guy that seemed camped out in the main lounge area the first 2 weeks I was there. It was creepy as he watched everyone or slept there. "
