"We had a wonderful experience during our recent stay. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and offered easy access to everything we needed. One of the standout aspects of our visit was the staff, every team member we encountered was kind, helpful, and genuinely seemed happy to assist guests, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
The only downside was the ongoing renovations. While we understand that improvements are necessary, it was disappointing to book an ocean-view room and not have access to the balcony because of the construction. To the hotel's credit, they were very gracious and compensated the resort fees and, after some discussion, the parking fees as well, which we greatly appreciated.
Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I look forward to returning once the renovations are complete. Hopefully next time I can fully enjoy both the ocean view and the balcony access."
