"This was an ok stay The property isn't luxury, but well enough maintained. The staff did seem very enthusiastic, but not rude and mostly helpful. At check-in I did receive a text inviting me to submit any requests through the automated service, I did ask for some extra shampoo, but never received it. "

"The photograph on the advertisement is 100% not the hotel. It looked nothing like that. The walls are paper thin and we could hear everything including our next-door neighbour peeing in the toilet. Overall I would say it was terrible. I would not recommend this property, we would never stay again."

"Good location with good customer service. Hotel is older. The first room assigned to us had an odd sulfur smell. The front desk staff reassigned a room without hesitation and indicated some of the rooms have an odd odor because of the old pipes. We picked this hotel because the photos online showed balconies off the rooms with views of lake Powell. It does not appear that there are any rooms with balconies, and our view was an ugly parking lot. Ask for an odd numbered room at check in if you want a view. The breakfast was fine, but the staff working the breakfast room were very friendly and good at their jobs. "
