"We stayed at a room with type "Classic Suite, Private Bathroom" for one night in July. The room is too small for 4 people. Smell coming out from shower sink. The day of our stay it was quite hot and there was a vantilator in the room that was not working well and unfortunately the staff was not able to find an alternative solution. "We were quoted a wrong price for the breakfast at check in. We were quoted 18 Euros and charged 22. when I told the clerk at checkout he just said: we, the price is 22 and the other person made a mistake. He didn’t apologize or correct the invoice. In addition the rooms are only cleaned every 4 days. Our room faced the parking lot and every night guest were standing there, talking loudly and smoking. We could not open our window because of the smoke. Overall a rather disappointing experience. "

I enjoyed my stay, however my room faced the DB train tracks and I couldn’t keep my windows open during the night and I didn’t deem the AC worthwhile to keep on due to the humming noise it created. Moreover, I’m not sure when the water heater turns on but my shower water was too cold. "
