"Very clean room and hotel is in a great location in the centre. Hotel was quiet at night. Did find the room a bit bright at night due to shop lights over the road and the curtains could be thicker. Room is quite small for two people with limited storage so you end up living out of your cases. Would stay again if I was visiting Gent in the future."

"Airport shuttle was great, although left earlier than advertised. Clean rooms but first room was used and we had to request a different room. The hotel was a bit out dated- the place across is mite guo and cheaper!"

"Beautiful room and a very cool hotel with great staff , however the area is a bit of an issue especially if you go near Central Nord, which is the closest train station. The trams are in th either direction and safer."

"We recently stayed at Radisson Blu Astrid Hotel Antwerp and overall had a really great experience. The location is excellent—super convenient for getting around—and the room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Everything from check-in to the facilities met our expectations. However, there was one interaction that left a slightly sour note. When I approached reception to ask for a recommendation on where to have mussels (as it’s something Belgium is well known for), the staff member directed me to a Chinese restaurant instead. I found this response a bit surprising and, if I’m honest, it didn’t sit quite right with me. I may be overthinking it, but it would have been more helpful (and appropriate) to be recommended a local Belgian spot, especially when specifically asking for a traditional dish. That aside, the rest of our stay was lovely, and the hotel itself is a great base for exploring Antwerp. "
