"The staff was unfriendly and at times rude. We requested for pillows and they refused saying they don’t have the keys for the room where bedding items are stored. The bathroom drain was clogged, we had to walk in the puddle after every shower. Not a positive experience at all. "

"In general our experience was good. Plenty of place to chill rather than have to sit in your room. We ate in the main dinner resturant twice, food was good and service was excellent. Breakfast was vast! caters for all needs and lovely seating area. Pool and Wellness area were good but quite small given the size of the hotel, still nice though. Room was very large and quite sparse, but clean and well decorated, had a weird annoying tap in the toilet and the bed wasn't comfortable, especially awful pillows. Great view from the 11th floor though. In general the place is lovely and very convenient for Keukenhof and visiting Amsterrdam. The bar area was nice but the staff didnt seem to know what time food was served or what time they stopped food, all a bit confusing, so we moved on. However, overall I would recommend a stay here."
