"Pleasant but not 5 star. Very mean supplies of coffee, tea etc and a lengthy wait to get some. Bald rather than fluffy towels. Comfortable but characterless room. Good views and pleasant reception. All worthy of 4 stars - not 5."

"Everything was fine - great beds, great bathroom, great breakfast. However, a mouse decided to join us for breakfast - we saw it scuttling along the floor! It was dealt with quickly as far as I can tell. The lounge access was great - good drinks and good snacks. I would stay again."

"This is an amazing hotel at a great price point. It might not be right in the centre of Rotterdam, it is short walk to the centre and also right on the Metro line. The rooms are spacious, clean. The breakfast is a wonderful (although creeping up in price). I will stay here again. This is my second time."
