"Check in was seamless, suite was spacious, clean and with pleasant view. Breakfast options were scarce with many buffet options empty as it seems that people from other properties were also coming to the hotel. No one was verifying who was a guest or not at the breakfast buffet that was included. Location was perfect and in close proximity to Adsprach and Teplickie Skaly."

The booking information clearly stated that check-in instructions would be sent 24 hours before arrival. Nothing was sent. Despite more than ten attempts to contact the company, nobody responded.
