  • Great place for a weekend outside of the city. You need to go to Karpacz, which is a small mountain city next to Jelenia Gora. Then you can take a ski-lift (operating entire year), which will take you almost to the top. Then you need to go up-the-hill for about 45 minutes and you can enjoy such views yourself! I really recommend this to all who happen to be over the weekend in Wroclaw, Poland and want to see something more than just the city.

Location is top notch and view was amazing from the balcony . Got really nice facilities. Pool, Spa, Sauna. Good option for a peaceful getaway. Complimentary Chairlift tickets as well for the period of your stay.

Great experience, nice hotel, beds are bit too soft. Food had nice selection. It would be nice to promote location of 'yellow point' where you can rent equipment for skiing.

Wonderful stay in the mountains

The hotel is great, perfect service, food and facilities. The room seems a bit small but it’s functional and clean. I recommend it for a relaxing stay. The rooms are well isolated, we had neighbors but did not hear them much. The hotel is kids and dogs friendly. The spa is nice, but a bit crowded with children. We were surprised that although there is a sign that children below 12 should not enter, there were plenty of very little kids, also in the pool. Also, keep in mind this is not a ski slope hotel - there is a ski bus and it takes 5 minutes to get to the slope but one cannot ski down from the hotel or ski to the hotel. What we were surprised about is that the parking in front of the hotel is paid. Where else could we leave our car? On the other hand, it was well maintained during snow fall, so well, I guess thus the price.

The hotel environment is beautiful and the facilities are comprehensive. With so many kids' facilities, it’s perfect for families. The room size is just right—clean and tidy. The morning coffee was excellent. I was especially impressed by Katrina at the restaurant; her top-notch service and attitude truly stood out. I highly recommend this hotel!

Positiv überrascht

Das Hotel ist von außen keine Augenweide überrascht von innen aber absolut. Die Lage ist toll allerdings im Winter nur mit Allrad oder Ketten erreichbar wenn es geschneit hat. Die Ausstattung ist modern und sehr schön gestaltet. Die Zimmer und alles andere sind sauber und das Essen ist toll. Wir hatten Halbpension mit abwechslungsreichem Buffet.

Tjeckisk pärla för skidåkning

Hotellet är ett kanonhotell. Ligger fantastsikt och är smakfullt inrett med härlig bar, fantastsik utsikt och härlig spa- avdelning. Tyvärr tillåter de hundar på hotellet och har en kanin i lobbyn. Vårt rum var dåligt städat med hundhår överallt vilket vi sa till. Personalen är kass på engelska så beställningen i baren/ restaurangen blir inte alltid vad man tror. Stressande också att personalen hugger din tomma tallrik så fort du tagit sista tuggan eller druckit sista klunken. Så ör det förresten även i Prag, men här i överdrift. Hotellet är toppen, skidåkningen bra. Liftkort mm kostar som hemma. Mycket barnfamiljer så det är stojigt och högljutt men avslappnat. Du kan gå o äta frukost i underställ o ta en drink i morgonrock utan att skämmas.. Bara 2 1/2 timme med hyrbil från Prag.

Der Spa bereich ist zwar von der Atmosphäre sehr angenehm, jedoch für die Anzahl der Gäste etwas klein, genauso wie die öffentliche Sauna. Alles sehr gepflegt und auch ordentlich, aber auch hier etwas zu klein für die Anzahl der Gäste.
