"They didn't speak English if you're American. So hopefully you speak Portuguese. I do so it wasn't a problem. Just remember in Brazil they use their key card to turn the power on to the room as you come into the door on the wall. You stick the key in the slot then the power turns on. For Americans ..."

"The location is fantastic, but they really need some upgrades . Cleanliness is good for me but my sisters were not pleased and asked for new bedding linens. They never have anyone in reception that speak English. Never. But I still love going here."
