"Lo bueno : acogedor ambiente tranquilo decoración excelente el interior como cabaña con acabados de madera me encantó , la ubicación está muy buena Lo malo: le faltaba un poco al aseo habían muchas partes con polvo,la cama el colchón se sentía muy viejo hondo deforme , el sofá estaba demasiado sucio,y no había jabón ni shampoo, el parqueo debería estar enumerado conforme alas habitaciones ya que no sabíamos exactamente dónde podía ser nuestro parqueo sin molestar a algun otro huésped ,de lo demás todo estuvo muy bien"

"Breakfast was excellent, staff at breakfast area she was very welcoming she keep area clean and did her best in always refilling food containers when they were empty. She was amazing. Honestly, I will say that she was the only friendly employee. Overall, I will consider staying there again in the future!"

"Had a room reserved through the Expedia app. When we arrived a little after 10pm we were told there were no more rooms available…basically they gave our room to someone else that was a walk in. I never received communication from the hotel nor Expedia; I know they used my reservation because I received an email around 8pm saying ‘thanks for checking in’ which I thought was odd. The receptionist told me he was able to find a room at a different hotel for us, which was a 7-8min drive away…we had no choice but to accept since he literally said all rooms were booked and there was nothing else he could do. Mind you we’re tired, I’m pregnant and we know this was the best hotel in the area. All others have low ratings and not in the safest areas. The hotel he chose for us was terrible; the walls were so thin we heard every word from our neighbors and every foot step from the neighbors above. Our sleep was ruined and so was the end of our trip. The room smelled and although customer service was nice it doesn’t make up for such a last minute change and giving our room away. I’ve never experienced anything like this from reserving a room through the app. I’ve traveled both nationwide and international without ever dealing with my reservation being given away. Clearly the only reason I can write a review is because they used my reservation….Best part about it we didn’t have to pay a dime, but I would have rather paid for better sleep and peace of mind."
