"I expected a safe, secure, and calm hotel stay. Instead, we received HORRENDOUS SERVICE. They allowed a complete stranger into our room. They gave this person TWO room keys. He was able to access our room full of our personal belongings for an EXTENDED amount of time. When we came back to our hotel room after spending the day out. This complete stranger was sitting in our room!!! We felt scared, violated, and completely horrified!!!"
